buchan30
Has anything really changed since caldwell came in? Or are the performances just as bad?

That was our best performance to date in the Caldwellian era. A great shot/ goalkeeping lapse was the main difference. He's got a shite set of cards in terms of the playing staff. A defeat next week though and I don't think even the next transfer window will keep us up.
cilitbang
Just play the kids, they'll be hungry and wanting to prove they're good enough I've been saying since start of the season that I wasn't impressed with Bell, we actually have a decent replacement in Sneddon. Fitzpatrick should be starting ahead of either Spittal or Storey, and there has to be (realistic) free agents kicking about that couldn't not be upgrades to the squad Persisting with experienced players that are experienced in being shite isn't the answer
buchan30
Is that not the scottish football way of things? To persist with the experience. Falkirk will be tough next week. If you are not cut adrift come January, a transfer would help depending on who caldwell can bring in. Falkirk next week will be tough considering they won today as well.
H Wragg
So, 7 straight defeats. When did we last manage that?
Thistle4eva
Don't worry lads. A good week in training and we will be sorted.

Thistle4eva
The run the club have been on the last few months Caldwell mentions.. he hasn't picked up a single point. I really do we have picked up an absolute mug of a manager ( would happily be proved wrong ) but he is an absolute carbon copy of Archie.
Midlife Crisis
No points in 4 games and only one goal. Slaughters the team last weekend but only makes one change to the starting 11 today. And leaves out the only 2 players he thought made a contribution last week. Archibald Mark 2. Great work Ms Low and Mr Britton.

I heard that Caldwell used the word “magnificent” in it, so won’t be going near that interview.
Mulder & Ryan Scully
I honestly can’t handle jagzone. They almost take pleasure in how pish we he are. “Well Garry we got horsed last week, pumped again but no as bad you must be delighted”

I might be wrong, but the time we were relegated from the Premier League post Lambie era, I can recall we went through an awful time and it felt like we'd never win another game. Grim times. I had no faith in Spittal for the penalty and it seems no one in the stadium did. Everyone around me pretty much expected he'd miss.
Pie Of The Month
If we're talking league only we lost 8 in a row from May 2017 until September the following season. It was the run that prompted Maxwell's "we won't wait around forever for results to improve" before waiting over a year to sack Archie.
Fuctifano
Longest in living memory is Collins last 10 games in 2003, as above we did 8 in a row split over 2 seasons last year. All time club record is 12.
Nightmare
With Falkirk away, Alloa at home and Dunfermline at home in our next few games, if we break that 12 losses record this season then we’d probably be as well just folding the whole club.
Dindeleux
Since we beat you 2-0 in Clarke’s first game at Firhill last year Partick have taken 39 league points from 42 games. We’ve taken 83 in the same period. Quite incredible. -
Pie Of The Month
You know that c**t in the pub that butts into your conversation and creates a tenuous link between what you are talking about and himself so he can talk some more about himself? That's Dindeleux.
