Mr Bairn
I may be wrong, but was the whole electoral system in Scotland not set up in order to make it difficult to get a majority? Are the SNP the only party in Scotland so far to ever hold a majority in hollyrood? Yes and yes. The idea is that you should only be able to get a majority if you get over 50% of the votes. Sooky
Welsh Assembly projection (YouGov poll surveyed today): LAB: 27 AMs (-3) PC: 12 (+1) CON: 11 (-3) UKIP: 8 (+ LDEM: 2 (-3) Chgs. from 2011 Would be a huge night for UKIP, fairly awful for LabLibCon. oddly optomistic
Agree. But they could have done constituency one? Itv Wales have done a poll and prediction for Welsh Assembly based on people who voted. How accurate it will be is another matter Eta beaten to it

wirez
I've been speaking to mates in the party throughout the country, folk are jittery. Last I seen the SNP were 1/19 odds on with the bookies to get a majority. Anything less will now be seen as a massive failure. I canny see it not happening though. The opposition are an absolute shambles.
