We said right away, "he's an accident waiting to happen" and he proved us right. After today's game, there's no way he can stay our first choice keeper. It'll be a big step up for a 17-year-old with only a year's full-time football behind him but Dave Mackay will have worked with him briefly last season and will obviously still be on good terms with the management team at Saints, so must feel he can cope with League Two football. Players have let him down and not up to the standard that he wants as The Albion.
