Clearly the hob (is the correct method; the microwave method is for BEASTS).

Melt a little bit of butter in the (non stick) pan then crack in 3 eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Then simply stir with a wooden spoon over the heat until ready.

Have then on toast (preferably the seeded stuff) or have a toasted bacon and scrambled egg sandwich.

You just can't get proper creamy scrambled eggs in the microwave and it's too easy to overcook them.

On the hob, no milk or if you must have it, full fat. Can't be doing with watery mess mucking up your eggs.

Supposedly you should add the salt when they're nearly done, and that stops the wateryness.

Also don't leave them on the hob without stirring, or at least not for long. Keep stirring and then some salt, pepper, and butter at the end.
