At half time maybe but Ross easily had the better second half against a ragged Celtic. Championships can be won by teams that aren't that great but it's not often it's won by a team that plays like it doesn't seem to care anymore. I would have said Celtic had the better of the first half and County the better of the second half. Agree on the bolded bit.
