Aylo vanal Posted April 8, 2016 Share Posted April 8, 2016 I think the argument runs that potential black coaches perceive there to be a racist bias thanks to the scarcity of current black coaches and are thus deterred from trying which in turn perpetuates the lack of Black coaches and thus the perception of Racism which perpetuates the lack of black coaches which in turn etc... Whether this hypothetical is true, partially true or utter bollocks I'm not in a place to judge but it can remain logically valid even if we assume that the discrimination isn't actually there.
