big al
Spence will get chances unless the centre half has disconnected his caravan.Think he had a lot of luggage in that caravan!
CowdenLoyal
First thing I said was that we were shite tbh. I'm sorry if you lot are wanting a wee pat on the head and aren't getting it. We don't need it tbh. We won the game which is all that really matters.
onecowden
We don't need it tbh. We won the game which is all that really matters. Agreed. It's about results now. I don't care how we get them. 1-0 win with an own goal suffices.
CowdenPhil
Nish's plan to punt Caldwell on to act as a target man for the last 15 mins failed as he's not mobile enough and he's lazy. As for Chris Kane, just don't do play him. He's a shite football player and a paralympic sprinter has better ball control than him.
CowdenPhil
Thought Ayr were unlucky at the end not to take something but we invited the pressure. Their no 12 is a player.
Aberdeen Cowden
Dangerous game played by Nishy yesterday. Once McDaid went off we had little threat. The three subs who came on offered nothing. We should have been out of sight by half-time.
Neilly
Ayr look fucked I don't see this team picking themselves up for the play offs. Great result for Cowden.
AyrExile
You know the square root of fuk all about football so jog on. Twice you have come to ours and been 2nd best and you aren't good enough to go up. All these super star players you all go on about are average. Enjoy your night, I will. Interesting you can comment on the ability of our superstar players when quite a few have never played against you lot at Central Park. As you whined earlier about Nish taking his better players off and the detrimental effect it had on your performance then your prediction of Ays play off chances is that of a fool. CowdenPhil
Nish's subs nearly fucked it for Cowden yesterday. We were lucky in last 15 mins.

CowdenLoyal
That's enjoyment of football _ never been boring. You're both right. But it would completely have been Nish's fault had we not won that in the end. He didn't need to change anything.

Aye, bringing our worst player on near the end.

Rie
Aye, bringing our worst player on near the end. But the worst player may become a very good player. I thought Lee Griffiths is just a shoplifter in Tesco when he started to play for Hibs.

Right - using an athlete with a disability as your comparison point for humorous effect. Classy...
silkybeath
I'm not a fan of Nish and agree that his substitutions were poor but it's impossible to prevent the nerves from setting in and the end of the game especially with us fighting for our lives. To be honest, our own supporters didn't help matters and the negativity and anxieties can make the players panic when on the ball. Some of the shouts were laughable. Big game on Saturday, let's hope the same team turn up from the first half on Saturday. Its great to see Lewis Milne playing with confidence in an advanced role. CowdenLoyal
When we are coping very well and showing no signs of tiring, and the gaffer takes off our two most effective players for one player just back from injury and plays him out of position, as well as the worst player in the league, the shouts were totally justified. CowdenLoyal
Infact - it was Jimmy Nic's decision to bring on Chris Kane against Livi last season in a similar game when we were 1-0 up to try and defend the lead. We all know what happened there.
