onepoundfifty
FORMER Rossvale Juniors boss Martin Lauchlan has been appointed as East Kilbride Football Club's new manager this evening. The 35-year-old replaces Billy Ogilvie, who left K-Park yesterday after guiding the club to a 4-1 victory over Spartans in the East of Scotland Qualifying Cup Final. Taxi driver Ogilvie quit the club due to work commitments. Lauchlan, who will be assisted by Carlo Girasoli, will take charge of his first game on Wednesday evening when East Kilbride host Whitehill Welfare in the Lowland League. Last season Lauchlan led Rossvale to the Central District Second Division title, but he left Vale in February this year due to disagreements with the club's committee.
