It's one of those ones you hang in the doorway. My gf said she didn't want one but I ordered it anyway and hopefully she will use it and get less fat. I like how it can get taken down from the door way instantly so it isn't fixed in position. When i saw one at my friends house i assumed it was fixed there because it was so sturdy!
