Zen Archer (Raconteur)
Apart from being elected to Parliament as the SNP's official candidate or, according to The National, being the main signatory on its GRA bank account. She hasn't spent the money at the gym.

invergowrie arab
She's got nothing to do with the snp now of course, the party machine have fed her to the fishes. Interesting chat with an MP 2 months back that the SNP group still spoke to Natalie and assisted her off the record but that Thomson was completely rubbered by everyone. I wonder if that is still the case now.
invergowrie arab
Do they need to give up the seat when they go to jail now? I hope she doesn't do a Bobby sands.
Bishop Briggs
Do they need to give up the seat when they go to jail now? I hope she doesn't do a Bobby sands. IIRC only if the sentence is 12 months or more. A prison sentence of any length would trigger a petition for a recall election. 10% of voters in the constituency must sign it within 6 weeks to force the election. The recalled MP can stand as a candidate in the by-election.
Glenconner
The SNP would still win Glasgow East. The local SLAB is an empty shell.
Scary Bear
Still think she's a fuckin idiot and the fact that she's not resigned as an MP yet proves how much of an idiot she is. She's our very own Eric Joyce... Joyce was better entertainment. She needs to start fighting folk and shagging her assistant.

ICTChris
She'll never match Joycey for continual heads gone bammery. Although she's been an MP for less than a year, plenty time left for her to outdo him. One to watch.

Bishop Briggs
Why can't the treasurer see the bank statements? Should he not get them sent to him automatically? Yes. All that is needed is set of minutes (AGM or EGM) appointing the new signatories. They, including the Treasurer, can then supply new mandates and receive a full set of statements.

"The treasurer has spoken to the bank and got some of the details, but he's not able to see some of the copies of the bank statements until it's all sorted," a source said." If he can see/get some of the details without a new mandate, why can't he get them all?
Londonwell
Interesting chat with an MP 2 months back that the SNP group still spoke to Natalie and assisted her off the record but that Thomson was completely rubbered by everyone. I wonder if that is still the case now. I would suggest that it's a bit of a stretch to say Michelle Thomson was rubbered by 'everyone'. McGarry is certainly the more unstable of the two however and has needed far more in the way of support of colleagues/friends.
Mr Bairn
Independent MP Natalie McGarry has had a total minter this week First, she pretended to still be the SNP by tweeting and retweeting every time they won a seat Then, she was a completely seething mess when the Tories gained a second list seat in Glasgow Then she completely lost the head when a journalist named Aoife Grace Moore called her hypocrisy out as she is engaged to a Tory councillor named Dave Meikle

Political views are just one part of your identity, defining yourself and everything you do by them is oddball behaviour.
ICTChris
Natalie McGarry has issued an apology to the campaigner she wrongly claimed was a Holocaust denier and has made a donation to three charities of his suggestion. She has also pinned the apology to her Twitter account for three weeks. Sadly the guy she made the statement about is blocked

I'm not saying she has to support the same party as her fiancee but she should at least show a little respect by not being a completely seething raging mess when they have an impressive night.

Bishop Briggs
She should concentrate on serving her constituents instead of mouthing off on Twitter every 5 minutes. That should apply to all Parliamentarians who are on Twitter and Facebook.
