I'm sure it won't be for the genuine supporter's of both clubs, but there is a risk that the idiots who only appear for these games turn out.

The idiots have grown up & are all good mates now . Just like the generations before it . All starts at the local school & grows from there

Both clubs have put in some serious work on this over the years are finally there is some light.

remarks like yours, without knowing any facts, are some of the things we are up against.

Lowlife like that are best ignored mate . When they realise they ain't getting the attention they soon go away & disease some other sad place

Good to hear, it's a shame the genuine fans had to suffer closed door games, League Cup section changes etc due to the conduct of a few halfwits.

The presence of 5 Ayrshire sides, 7 west and one to come from East, makes it certain the final will again be at Rugby park ... just next door to me. Any two will do ..

Surely no! Rugby park in all it's fantastic plastic glory I'd not the venue for our national trophy final. Please get it on grass!!!

Ayr is easily the best place for an Ayrshire final and it's terracing is entirely consistent with the ethos of the Junior game, but apparently football looks prettier on the telly with everyone sitting motionless on their arse and two big empty stands behind the goals so it's going to be some Lego monstrosity again.

St mirren park wouldnt have empty stands though as looking at all the last 8 candidates then they could all take large combined crowds to St mirren park.

Talbot would take thousands as would pollok , Kilwinning is a large town and they would all be out for it as would Beith if we got to our first final , ladeside would take loads of numbers too , arthurlie due to local proximity have always had an affinity with St mirren fans who would be out to support them on the day and back up the Barrhead numbers , both East Coast teams could take good followings through to St mirren park and hurlford would probably take the least of all ️however their opponents would boost the attendance considerably .

St mirren park is the perfect junior cup final venue for me, it's not huge capacity wise , great public transport and most importantly it's got a nice grass surface which players deserve to play on in the biggest junior occasion of all,
