Billy Jean King
Got the bus into work this morning given the train strikes and I was hugely impressed with the driver. Not only did he take us all between bus stops, he collected payment or checked passes for every passenger, managed his speed accordingly and even used a steering wheel. These guys must be on six figures. You do realise this dispute is with Network Rail and nothing to do with ticket examiners (or drivers). That said had you seen the Kunt Shapps on tv this morning it's an easy mistake to make given he must have mentioned drivers and examiners wages about half a dozen times. Classic divide and conquer Tory tactics of course but it seems to be seaping into the public's minds.

Critical thinking isn’t one of his strengths.
Cosmic Joe
The amount of folk interviewed about the strike that have said they're going to have to take a taxi, or can't afford a taxi. Have they never heard of taking a bus?

Bonksy+HisChristianParade
Yep, RMT Union looking a bit silly with that one sadly - being unable to read past the first word of a bio.
Detournement
People who use trains much more likely to support the strikers than people who watch TV all day. Imagine that.

Bairnardo
Seems the media have had their instructions regarding "workers shouldn't be asking for bigger pay rises during times of high inflation" aswell then. Burley is a pure minter there.

Popular Post Inanimate Carbon Rod
Amazing how people sneer at others who are struggling taking action to try and better their standard of living. Fucking good on the railway workers, the rich are getting richer and the workers are being shafted. Hopefully more sectors go on strike. f**k the tories and f**k brexit.
