Just found out that Doris Day is still in the land of the living...I'm sure I've watched an obit show for her

Yep, must admit I was surprised when I saw it was her birthday last week, thought she had died years ago.

Just found a cracker. Peregrine Worsthorne. A very posh political pundit.

I had a lecturer in medieval history that was Peregrine Worsthorne's niece.

She used to take a lot of stick from the animal rights people because she used to go stalking/shooting in the highlands.  Had a crack at writing children's books, don't know is she still does it.

Gave me a pass so I have nothing against her!

Dudley "Tinker from Lovejoy" Sutton. Thought he'd popped his clogs years ago but he's in tonight's Evening News talking up a play he's in.

He played Danny Dyers grandad in the Football Factory over a decade ago.

Must easily be 90 by now?

The "comedian" and erstwhile author of Round Ireland with a Fridge, Tony Hawks.

Could have sworn he sniffed it a few years back but no, he's still here.

He was over in Moldova playing tennis for a while!

Recently watched a program about music in the sixties, including Fats Domino, Little Richard, Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis.

Apparently all four are around.

Wow. I really thought Chuck Berry had popped his clogs about 15 years ago.
