Sharpo1973
Coaches of EK Fc youth team were asked to queue for tickets and cancel their 8/9 year olds football on Sat morning, if they wanted to see the game on Wed night. Folk were queuing since 6:30 and most after 9 didn't get a ticket. There was no preference to coaches or parents in the club for tickets. It's meant to be a community club as well!! Hopefully they'll rectify this by letting the young guys be ball boys for the day, or maybe mascots.
Macca1875
Brilliant Willie, there's every chance you might be aloud in the ground half price if big Swainy is toiling. Heard the ball boy is decent in the sticks tho

There is around 28 Teams in the EKFC set up, if you have every coach (lets say there's 3 at every team) a ticket then that's 84 tickets! Unfortunately Kpark isnt a large capacity and 84 tickets is a big chuck of that. And how many of these coaches go week in week out? The youth games on Saturday at Kpark were called off due to the weather conditions and the tarpaulin cover was put down. The games wouldn't have been able to go ahead
Lowland15
So right about EKFC being a community club! that's why the tickets have to be available to the public community, not just the hundreds of people involved in the set up.
rigano
As someone said above, how many go and watch the team week in week out? im sure they would have kept tickets if folk were regulars.

Season Tickets holders are eligible for a ticket as well so the regulars will be there on wednesday.
rigano
It's outstanding that for a non league Scottish match 500 tickets have been sold.

Sharpo1973
You would be surprised at how many coaches and their sons go to the games. Was also surprised that Ballerup a council run facility had all the boys games on yet K Park called off on Sat morning. Let's hope EK can win on Wed night as would be a massive boost for the club. Do you still get hounded for not having the appropriate footwear,it's very much unlike any other astro pitch Edit: it's also had 2 postponements in as many weeks unlike other astro pitches Best of luck to both teams tonight who's nerves will hold out best ?
