Riordan hits new low

Recommended Posts

Don't remember hearing about that. Is the whispering campaign related to homophobia?

What are you on about?

What's with the Riordan hate on this thread also? He's wasted a huge chunk of his career and nobody will feel worse about it than him. How dare he try to get a job doing something he does so naturally well to provide for his young family.

As opposed to who? Mike Ashley? David Murray? Craig Whyte? Charles green? The tax man? The sfa? Turnbull Hutton? Peter Lawwell? Neil Lennon? Dundee Utd? Jim Spence?

Pipe down cheers.

You don't need opposition to be a c**t.

My neighbors a c**t, not as big a c**t as those mentioned but a c**t none the less.

Failed at Alloa Montrose East Fife Brechin

Am 100% sure it's over for him

Only Memories left

Hard for any manager to warrant 300/400 per week on him

Ur times up son

He was injured at Brechin and was East Fifes best player. He never played for Montrose and Alloa are humpty.

Apart from all that you are totally correct.

My point is like most fans of your team old or new you have a massive chip on your shoulder and hate many different people therefore your opinion is slightly less valid.

Very Likely. Problem is his reputation follows him about, but surely there is a team in the Lowland League or a team in the East Juniors that are willing to give him a chance.

Even so at that level he will always have to prove he has the right attitude.

Ah, the annual pleading from Derek Riordan for some club to give him a chance.

Here's a wee idea Derek. If you're as good as you think you are, sign for a club in League 1 or 2 and put in some fantastic performances while getting paid more than you'd get on the dole. This will show clubs at a higher level you still have what it takes and they'll sign you. Hardly rocket science.

Someone was on the radio a couple of months ago saying that Jim Jefferies was interested in him when he was at Dunfermline but Riordan apparently said he was better than that level.

Judging by his comments, he still thinks he's better than League 1. His attitude is abysmal. What a p***k.

If you can't make it at East Fife you really are struggling. Therefore he is struggling badly. Maybe the juniors would take him.

We are desperate for a forward at the minute but this guy has done f**k all in years. No thanks.
