Deeboy
According to the papers today - if Rodgers takes the job he loses £10m in severance from Liverpool.
Richey Edwards
How about Kenny Shiels? He has won a trophy and would be keen to sign Eamon Brophy.
Jacksgranda
Will Celtic fans accept second in the league? Did a decent job at Swansea and they played some nice stuff. Had one good season at Anfield. Could be an interesting option. p.s. What school did he go to? All Saints PS and St Patricks College, so he'd pass that test...
Falcor Roar
It's a good time for Celtic to be in the market for a manager. It's a relatively easy job, sevco are back in the top flight, European football. There are quite a few managers who are looking to get their stock up again and Celtic is an easy place to do that. Rodgers would be a good appointment so I hope he doesn't get it.
LincolnHearts
If that Rodgers £10m severance story is true, surely that will put the skids on that.If nothing happens today, I might have a couple of quid on Rab Martin. edit: price is 33/1 btw. Deeboy
It's pretty obvious. No it's not. Are you saying Rodgers won't want back into football until an alleged severance package has reached its conclusion?

LincolnHearts
Few bob coming for Mackay as well.2nd favourite with a few of the bookies now and probably the preferred (cheapest) choice of the Celtic board.
Staggie_93
What an absolute shan of an appointment that'd be, so hopefully he gets it. A racist bigot too so he'd be popular with the fans.
Hammer Jag
The Celtic support have strong morals and principals. They simply won't accept a racist, bigot as their manager. I mean, look at how they've treated Leigh Griffiths.

Vanderlei
Rodgers has a fairly good top trumps rating, as do Mackay and Keane. Any one of those three would get an easier ride than Ronnie Roar. KLadeside
rodgers a stick on now. highest paid manager in scottish football history......and he wont accept unless he has substantial backing which he will get i would think. celtic could make a real statement of intent with rodgers being appointed and a big transfer kitty....speculate to accumulate.
