I did suggest imbibing a 1/2 pint in each pub it's still over a gallon of ale & obviously the drinking time would be quicker. 2ndly some of the pubs are at best described as 1/2 pint pubs.

This is a spectacular idea. You should definitely do this.

No one one here will think any less of all girls that take part.

Machismo of the west side, love it. ;)

PM me your pic & I'll get a t-shirt made up & wear on the crawl then in CC's if I'm one of the chosen few.

Could always do a Gorebridge to Wester Hailes crawl.

Save that one for summer when the ambulances won't be as busy.

You turning up for this one then Millhouse? I promise not to tell your coach I spoke to you.

Can anyone remember when the Spey Lounge turned their snug into a Thai restaurant about 10 years ago?

The most unlikely pub on Leith Walk ever to serve food, never mind Asian food.

I didn't go in, but my thoughts were the owner had bought a mail order bride and thought he give her something meaningful to do. Needless to say, it didn't last.

My favourite Leith Walk tale was when some punter went into the Dolphin chippy, next door, cut off his cock and asked them to cook it for him.

That did happen and was on the front page of the Evening News.

HALF pints you say?? Pffffttt.

All I'm saying is I'm not going to drink 17 pints, call me lightweight but although I'd compare my football skills to George Best I don't want my liver to be in comparison to his.
