A new rail franchise has taken over the running of this line. As is the case, immediate improvements have be made but it won't take long for the new mob to let things slip back to the way they were previously.

As Confucius say, yer still fucked , very fucked.

Most of us would agree with that. It's just nice to see a United win. If we can get another win this weekend and build on it, then we might be able to salvage something from this season, in terms of a spine of a team for next season. The team starting this season was a shadow of the one that finished in May 15. If Mixu can conjure up a decent run of results it'll take pressure of of him and give us something to build on. Our current points tally is embarrassing so again, a few more wins would be good to see.

Word coming through of a derailment. Rumours of a couple of deaths so far - a flea-bitten squirrel and a big stupid looking yellow thing. More updates to follow.

Luckily I can confirm your report as being as accurate as a German signalling station.

The "big stupid looking yellow thing" was in fact a victim of an accident that happened on the motorway running adjacent to the railway line. No confirmed derailment of the train has been reported.
