Bombing Syria

I used to think Cameron was just a posh Etonian twat and a bit wet, but now he just seems constantly angry and a bit unhinged.

Labelling pacifists as 'terrorist sympathisers' can be filed away alongside his comments at the UN labelling anyone who might employ free thought and question the official narrative as conspiracy theorists and extremists.

Cameron is a scripted, stage-managed actor. On the rare occasions his personal views leak out ("green crap", "terrorist sympathisers"), the mask slips and the Old Etonian, right-wing wankshaft can be briefly glimpsed before his paymasters take him backstage and tell him to get his head back in the game before they release pictures of him rimming a pregnant goat at uni.

is it likely that every single SNP MP will vote against the Governement?

Are we really to believe that not one of them sees the merit in the proposed action ? Bizarre.

Not one SLAB MP supported a YES vote last year.

Or so we're told.

Part of me wants to believe that all 56, including those not taking the whip, all believe that more air strikes are not the answer to the problem. Maybe their Scottish perspective allows/compels them to consider that killing Syrian citizens is not the answer to primarily European citizens being killed in Paris.

BTW the SNP will not be the only Scottish MPs to vote en bloc.

It's a three-line whip, so yes. Any SNP MP voting against the air strikes will lose the whip and most likely be deselected.

It's desperately sad. Not insane, not bizarre, just sad.
