blairgowriedee
After seeing that Russian plane crashhing in Egypt im glad i made the decision not to book again. Absolutley love the place but ive never felt safe the last 2 years. Was in Hurghada in September and loved the hotel, people(not the Russians though) and mostly the climate. However i have already booked for Mexico next year due to feeling uneasy in Sharm last year. I can only see this country losing tourists by the Thousands and this will hurt the ecomony . Been 9x before but i think this has been my last holiday until ISIS are put to the sword. I do feel sorry for all the hard working Egyptians in the tourist industry though. Michael W
It's a well established fact that around 25% of tourists are killed each year in Egypt. Obviously you've been exceptionally fortunate and I think it's probably wise you've chosen to go elsewhere rather than push your luck.

Funny you've chosen Mexico, as I remember being told about how tourists are all being kidnapped by the drug cartels and having their organs harvested. Kids are especially useful, as they can remove all their organs, stuff the body full of drugs, and carry it across the border to the US while pretending the kid is just asleep. Couple of folk in Arizona told me this, so it must be true. Anyway, enjoy your trip! Edit: I wonder what kind of stories people abroad hear about Scotland...is there a part of the world where people are feart of coming to Scotland and ending up with their organs being used to make haggis?
