F*** me, when did they start? And to whom do you send one? The grieving widow and fatherless children?

I didn't know that remembrance day cards were a thing.

I like Spitfire Mouse, seems fittingly sombre and respectful

I love the way the corporate sponsorship looks like it was inserted into the original quote. There is a market there:

"At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we shall remember OUR TWO FOR ONE MIG MAC MEAL AT ALL PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS"

Lest we forget the 2:50 at Musselburgh.

It might be a market. The 11.00 at the War Memorial. "Wheelchair takes an early lead, but Chelsea Pensioner is making ground on the outside and gets the wreath down by a neck".

England's raging hard on for celebrating war is the mark of a shower of utter weirdos.

Alas. Not just En-gur-land.  Ibrox poppy fest to celebrate "are troops" is up there with the very worst.

There must be loads of tat for twats out there. I wonder if they do "world's best veteran" mugs.

I'm really looking forward to a gammon rage fest where remembrance events are cancelled in lockdown areas. I imagine the statue defence force will reconvene in protest and hope the police don't skimp on the tear gas.

In five years you won't even be able to remember without the thought police throwing you in jail.
