onecowden
Surely enough time has elapsed from the last meeting and these Cowden neds have grown up now? I'd like to think that the elderly contingent of our fans are safe to attend this game and won't be subject to unnecessary, unilateral aggression and violence from the Cowden fans like last time. I'd imagine there will be no issues at this game. Arbroath fans are without doubt the nicest in Scottish football.
lichtie23
Another chance to watch a game of football behind a fence. At least it's a winnable tie

SimonLichtie
Aye, the Courier just doesn't like Arbroath fans. No - that'll be the same Courier that several years ago incorrectly reported Cowdenbeath fans were given a police escort back to the train station after a match. I'm sure you'll remember this, as I'm sure various other Cowden fans do, some of you were very unamused (rightly so) about their lies. The Courier publishes many articles that distort the facts, and some which add on large amounts of bullshit also, as pretty much every newspaper in the country does, some more than others. Or maybe The Courier just doesn't like either set of fans? I can only assume you're trying to carry out a rather poor wind up. Arbroath fans would never sink to that level. I really don't know why someone started this thread so early, it'll be an absolute train wreck

1320Lichtie
Sure. Montrose fans always kicking off. Well to be fair they weren't really. Unless 'kicking off' is a group of 20 young lads letting off a smoke bomb and getting a police escort to and from the train station. Although one young guy did hit a female steward after she had thrown him to the floor, which probably ranks at least along side punching an old man for no reason.
