Also, are there worse people anywhere on the planet than loudmouth Aussies? NITPMHO (not in this poster's most humble opinion), tbqh (to be quite honest). Looks very much like "I can't fucking hear you" to me. Get intae thum Andy

He's two inches shorter than Murray, tbf, and not as #hench either.

He also leads him 3-1 on hard courts (tied 3-3 overall). Hopefully Andy is absolutely buzzing to be competing like this again, though, and sees this as a massive opportunity. Difference this time is that Andy looks to be far fitter than he has for quite a while. Can only hope that 2 monster 5 setters haven't done him in.
Virtual Insanity
Bautista Agut is the kind of player Murray made absolute mincemeat out of at the peak of his powers, he's only ever lost to him in his "second wind" - if his body can recover I think his game is in the right place to deal with him.

He’s very similar to Murray in the fact he will just give you another ball to play. If Murray can serve as well as he has the past two matches, and still has enough in the tank to compete in the longer rallies, he’ll have a great chance.
KirkieRR
Key is recovery from two killing 5-setters. Agut is Mr Stamina apart from anything else. A lot of stuff about the match finishing at 4am and the inconvenience to spectators. Surely better than finishing at 1am - buses and trains will be running again in an hour or two...
Connor7
Cam Norrie falls short today, losing in 5 sets. Murray last on again tomorrow, should be on around 08:30

The draw's really opened up for him now. Bautista-Augut is 34 and well past his best, he hasn't been beyond the third round at Australia since 2019. Very winnable and if he gets through there that it will be one of the unseeded Americans Paul or Brooksby in the last 16... Quarter Final would be unseeded as well - this section of the draw has really opened up.
Connor7
Murray unsurprisingly looking very lethargic in the opening games. Break down in the first.

peasy23
Not enough first serves going in, and can hardly win a point on his second serve. Double break down at 5-1.
peasy23
Obviously trying to save time by going 2-0 down as quickly as possible.
