Diamonds are Forever Posted November 20, 2016 Share Posted November 20, 2016 Perhaps a question for another time, but does make you wonder what Murray would have won already if he hadn't had to have back surgery. 2014 was a recovery year whilst Djokovic was steaming ahead, and Murray has gradually been playing catch up in the last couple of years, finally overtaking him. I know every player probably has these 'what ifs', look at Del Potro for example, but I think it's something that is often overlooked in the Djokovic/Murray rivalry.
