Bishop Briggs
3 minutes ago, Loki said: Berretini was pretty good, his last grass season he won Stuttgart, made the semi final in Halle and lost to Federer at Wimbledon. So he certainly knows how to play. His serve was at a level even peak Murray would have struggled with. If he wants to get more games he should take a wild card into Eastbourne. His level currently looks about top 20-50, he will need a lot of help in the Wimbledon draw if he is to do some damage there. Not even close. Murray's not strong and fit enough to get into the top 50. He would be lucky to get in the top 50-100 on current form. Djokovic and anyone in the top 20. would tear him to bits in straight sets.

Goffin, Monfils, Ruud, Schwarzman, Busta are all in the top 20 and Murray would have his chances against them on grass. There’s plenty of players in the top 50 he would beat. If he was to remain healthy he’d make it to the top 50 within the year. But I don’t think he can stay healthy, so we might not see much more from him.
Lex
Murray’s been in the same cycle of injury > come back > lose to a few jobbers > injury for years now.The only thing that will break that cycle is his retirement.
Shipa
I think Murray's head is still very much up for the game, but his body hasn't been for some time. He needs to realise this, as the constant coming back/ dropping out will become an embarassment. The fact that he has a good head for the game should make him a good coach, but he needs to accept that his days of playing at the top level are done, not an easy thing to do, but he has to do it.

I expect him to announce his retirement after Wimbers. 16 years and the thread'll need a new title...
Loki
Berretini straight sets everyone to make the Queens final. He will play Norrie. With that Norrie will be seeded for Wimbledon. A great season he is having so far.
peasy23
Berrettini wins in 3 sets, decent from Norrie after losing the first set. 6-4, 6-7, 6-3 the score.
cdhafc1874
If Berrettini is on the opposite side of the Wimbledon draw from Novak then he is a very good E/W or outright bet to win it.He was 22/1 but that was before he won Queens today so probably dropped a bit. Edit - aye he's dropped to 17/1 to win it. Djokovic favourite obv at 10/11 with Tsitsipas next at 8/1

Can’t happen now, as he has confirmed his participation at the olympics. Dan Evans and Andy Murray in singles. Doubles teams of Dan Evans and Neal Skupski, Joe Salisbury and Andy Murray. Jamie Murray misses out as he’s not ranked high enough. Ironically splitting from his previous partner of Neal Skupski to work again with Bruno Soares cost him his place. In the women’s side Joanna Konta and Heather Watson are the singles entries and will also play doubles.
Loki
Katie Swan takes the last four games of the match to qualify for the last round of qualifying. A really good win.
Loki
Andy Murray gets as good a draw as he could hope for. Nikoloz Basilashivili in round one, and either Otte or Rinderknech in Round 2. Potential Shapovalov in Round 3. It then gets a lot harder. If he was to make the second week he is seeded to face Bautista-Agut in the last 16, Tsitsipas in QF, Djokovic SF and then Medvedev in the final.
Loki
As he is in Djokovic’s half, and defending champions are always scheduled on the first Monday, Murray will also be scheduled on Monday. I’d imagine it would be also on Centre. Likely to be about 5pm. A woman’s match in between. Simona Halep has withdrawn so it won’t be the defending champion.

Loki
I’d imagine she would have lost in the first round. Siniakova made the final in Bod Hamburg and Konta hasn’t played since March.
