Loki
He has confirmed that he will play Winston=Salem next week, he has also stated that he will skip the US Open entirely and is thinking about a Challenger in that time instead. Looks like this will be his last doubles tournament. With last nights win he will play his brother for the second time in competition. He could play a couple of challengers before his scheduled tournaments in China. Certainly a better use of his time than playing doubles. That would be decent and it could also help raise the profile of New Haven's new challenger event.
supermik
Is that the winner of the Jeremy Clarkson lookalike competition sitting behind Jamie Murray’s on court seat?

The-coo-shed
Glad Jamie won to be honest. He and Skupski need a good run in one of the big tournaments a lot more than Andy
GordonS
Andy Murray's definitely getting much more support from the crowd than his opponent here, despite him playing an American in North Carolina. I wonder how much of it's in favour of Andy, and how much it's motivated by dislike for Sandgreen. Anyway, Murray's played reasonably well, but he's losing this one. Just edged out in a tight tie-break for the first set, and had the classic mini wobble at the start of the next one.

TheScarf
As I said he should, he drops down to Challenger level for match practice. The sensible option.

Loki
He has won 20 of 22 points so far. The points he conceded was him hitting the net and an outrageous shank from Sibille. Edited to add: Sibille wins another point and Murray takes the set on the luckiest net cord ever [emoji23]
Mark Connolly
Remember the "Do you think you could take a point off Serena Williams?" debate? I'd imagine it would go something like this match.
