Charles Green to be charged in relation to his time with Sevco

Recommended Posts

The big question is whether Sevco submitted documents containing false information to the SFA and SFL when it applied for membership and entry respectively?

Whilst it may be a question, the answer does not matter. The SFA and SPFL will not do anything about it.

Have we ever found out why the SPL hastily changed to the spfl?

It all seemed rather rushed and desperate at the time.

The police don't get involved in civic matters.

'Civic matters' is at the very heart of policing. This is why we have them.

I guess you are confused here (no surprise) and actually meant 'civil disputes'.

Still it's great to ken that someone with your insight and understanding is jizzing his wisdom all over Rangers-related thread. Again.

Back? It was an application by a new company that had bought Deadco's assets for a fraction of their true value.

The point was the media supported the charge for in statement straight to the SPL. When public pressure scuppered that SFL hierarchy were supported by the same journalists to get them in to the 1st division. They are also chief purveyors of the same club myth.

Seriously the media I read and heard must be different to yours.

Rangers were guilty of financial doping, tax evasion to the tune of hundreds of millions, depriving hospitals of money and all on the word of a discredited blogger.

And where did the likes of Traynor, Jackson etc want them placed?

Because it wasn't technically illegal, just morally bankrupt, doesn't mean contributions to the revenue weren't avoided.

So what you meant to say was that in your opinion a small portion of the media wanted them in the SPL?

No, they were the more prominent members of the msm and we're fairly representative of the general tone. Leckie paid lip service to the public with his opposition via his man of the people act. While his colleague King leaned the other way.
