Played for Dunalba Saturdays and previously their Sunday team.

Was speaking to a guy today who said there are only 2 players that stand out other than Paul for whatever reason that may be a just don't get it mind you a played with him for a few seasons came up with the odd wonder goal still didn't think he was any good.

James Russell and yourself Davy.

Lothian Utd are a good side.

The Sunday fair play league has a couple of decent teams. Dalkeith are IMO the best Sunday team in Edinburgh, got boys coming off the bench who would walk into most if not all other Sunday teams.

Very good team. Lothian are probably on par with them though

That's the cooncil for you. I would bet it wasn't even freshly lined for the final.Cut twice this season, never spiked or rolled and its classed as a Grade A pitch.Money hand over fist.

Edin utd train on it which won't help either. Has been a good pitch in the past, but like you say if it's not rolled weekly or twice a month it'll be shite.

True. PI are good as well when they have a full team, often got players out though with work etc

Polton inn are average in my opinion. Salters and RDV are both better Midlothian teams

Has anyone heard about the FairPlay league folding next season!! Few rumours going around that most of the teams have applied to join Leafa Sunday league next season, it would certainly make the league a lot more better to have the like of Dalkieth and polton in the league

Agreed, all Sunday leagues should be combined into 1/2 divisions of 15ish teams! Would be a lot better

The rumour mill has the fairplay league folding due to "adminstration" issues. David Ramage is acting as the league secretary until the end of the season and all teams will be invited to apply to join the LEAFA sunday leagues for next year.
