Initially the wee ferret is pissed off because his neighbour keeps outdoing him and showing off how much more extravagant he is, this is then suddenly rectified by his wee nerdy mate telling him he actually spends less than his extravagant neighbour and he is placated by the fact his bills will be cheaper even though the thing that initially outraged him was how his neighbour obviously spent more than him on luxuries in the first place!
