If 1 loss to Dumbarton is enough to set the part-time diddies and 6 fingered orcs off like this I'd hate to see what will happen come the end of the season when we lose out on the title to Falkirk

Cue the usual

sobbing uncontrollably/seething/verge of tears

type post in response. Seems creativity is lacking amongst lower league supporters they have to take our responses and exploit them, wish we never got relegated now :(

Sell Allan to buy off Allan, quick Hibs before it's too late for you.

Allan 1 moody and sulky all game. Loved the way we hustled and niggled him all game. Should have been booked just before he finally was.

Allan 2 has his team playing tippy tap again and passing when they should shoot or go direct. He doesnt look like he's changed his attitude or style.

Great result for sons, gibson excellent, routledge assured, everyone else worked hard and fought well for the win. Pleased.

Very good performance from Dumbarton today. Worked tirelessly to close Hibs down and we were very positive in possession. Last season's ultra-conservative, low confidence football seems like a distant memory. Hibs didn't test Mark Brown nearly enough. At the other end we could have had a 3rd but for the post and a decent save denying us. Scott Allan's attitude was woeful - threw himself to the ground under minimal contact, moaned at the ref and then spent much of the 2nd half hiding as far away from the play as possible.

Its only 1 game but if we can put in that kind of performance on a regular basis then we'll have nothing to worry about. We deserved that today. Really enjoyable opener to the league campaign.
