stevemc81
First game of the season for me, £10 entry I think? Hoping to see Forrest back in the starting line up and a comfortable 2-0 win for the Honest Men with Brechin's strikers dazzled by Gerry McLauchlan's super shiny napper. Shibuya
If I'm the gaffer (and who knows, I might be) I would just give Forrest a wee cameo this week. Long season ahead and we could do with him fit for most of it! 6-1 Ayr

Brechin have lost some key players such as Gerry and Trouten to ourselves, Barr to Morton and Callum Tapping to QOTS plus obviously losing their gaffer to Raith and naming an inexperianced manager as his replacement. It remains to be seen whether the appointment of Dods works out. They have still managed to keep the likes of Graeme Smith and Andy Jackson who are both very decent players at this level. As for us, I'd imagine there will be very little (if any) changes to the team which beat AR on saturday. If fit Forrest may come in to the starting 11 to replace probably Jamie Adams. Reckon we'll win this. 2-0 Ayr ETA: f**k Jonathan Tiffoney
callum-ayr
Would start Donald to give ourselves some balance and I reckon Forrest will be on the bench. All going well, Forrest will make a last 10 minute cameo to ge him fit for the start of the season.

Crawford moved into the middle, he's far more effective in this position. Do we have suspensions pending for this fixture ?

Don't thinkso, however both Gerry and Devlin will be missing for Albion, if we are in control at half time I'd give Muir 45, he'll more than likely replace Devlin. Shibuya
He's also suspended for a game, according to the main Ayr thread.
SuperShug1910
Moore, Murph and Adams all out for tomorrow and Forrest will be on the bench. Bit of a weaker team out there tomorrow
Cold Feet
Gerry to score and then apologies' to the travelling support. Some sort of improvement consolidation from tomorrows game would help. That is no pumping and some steady improvement. We are a work in progress and may need additional attacking options for the season ahead.

Agree with you I reluctantly forecast a few doing s over next few weeks until everyone settles in !(hope I'm wrong ) made some decent signings but it ll take time ! callum-ayr
With Gerry out next week and Murphy being rested, I'd maybe do the same with Campbell. Go with McCracken and McLauchlan starting with Campbell on the bench if needed. The rest of the team really picks itself, so what I'd like to see is: Fleming Devlin McCracken McLauchlan Bole Crawford Docherty Trouten Gilmour Donald Caldwell Subs: Newman, Campbell, Muir, Forrest, Nizzy, Wardrope, McKenzie
