I guess the story of this weekend is going to be about the absence of the Old Firm, rather than an opportunity for the 4 teams involved. Sevco centric but on top of that hes managed to win nothing to date having spent a fortune in Scottish football terms . Very recently they even bottled a big cup game against St Mirren. Sevco centric but on top of that hes managed to win nothing to date having spent a fortune in Scottish football terms . Very recently they even bottled a big cup game against St Mirren. You'd have to be an idiot not to see that Gerrard is doing a very good job at Rangers* and is developing both the team and himself as a manager year on year. Why wouldn't they praise him? He inherited a shambles and has turned it round to lead them to the title, making one of the most dominant teams in the Premiership in the last 10-15 years and progressing well in Europe. His competence has pretty much broken Celtic. Brendan Rodgers got the same treatment. Martindale is getting it as well. So far so good however the article claims Celtic originally arranged to go to Turkey to host the training camp but moved it to Dubai when Turkey was added to the quarantine list.
