The Tories will lead BT2, Labour will split I actually think, they'll officially back the union, but some members will openly back independence. The Lib Dems will stay out the picture, Rennie will back the union, but they're now too much of an irrelevance to make a difference. There just has to be more to it... It looks to me like they're announcing a proposal for Indyref 2, forcing the ball into Mays court before the party conference.
