The Conference of the Party of the DPRS  voting through a National Energy Company in the same week that it was dropped by the PorridgeBuro is typical Nat.

Nationalist dreams are being crushed through the combined weight of hubris and morbid vacuity.

Maybe it's not that easy to run as most folk think.

I'd imagine it's very hard to run - particularly at close to cost - which is why Sturgeon dropped it.

The (main) laugh is the Nat conference voting for it in the very week it was dropped.

“Southgate said England had lost its sense of identity and was trying to find it, and we are a tolerant and diverse country.

He was setting out a view in England which is similar to how people in Scotland feel about Scotland.

As many people in Scotland who are proud of their country being tolerant are proud in England for being tolerant as well."

He then talked about his side’s Round of 16 game against Germany, and implied that the players on the pitch had the fact that Germany once tried to invade England in their minds.

He said: “People have tried to invade us and we’ve had the courage to hold that back. You can’t hide that some of the energy in the stadium against Germany was because of that. I never mentioned that to the players, but I know that’s part of what that story was.”

Oh dear. Brown should have gone to Specsavers.

I hope he can see Edinburgh from his North Queensferry mansion. He'll be eternally tortured when he looks out his window each day and sees the glorious capital of an independent Scotland.

He should become friends on Facebook with Egon Krenz to prepare on what to do when the country you used to lead ceases to exist.

Brown speaks for no one.  He was a shit Chancellor whose policies continue to cost us dearly well after he’s out of office.  He fought one election as Labour leader and was horsed by a posh Etonian, and he holds a vision of Scotland that a small minority agree with.

He also has an arrogance that is totally misplaced.

I think we can just call it 'ref' as 'ref 2' is unlikely to ever happen as Natterism is imploding except for the blood and soil diehards.

Anyway.  Happy Union Day, everyone.

How would we then distinguish it from the ref on Europe which your racist pals won?
