German Jag Posted November 5, 2018 Author Share Posted November 5, 2018 Another game day another defeat, as H96 went down 3-1 to Schalke.Score flatters Schalke a little as H96 were definitely worth a point.Went 1 behind due to a brainfart by Thomas Scheuner in goal giving a needless “penalty”.Sub Weydandt pinged in a header after some good work on the flank by Bebou. From the resulting kick-off Schalke ran up the park and scored straight away thanks to some horrendous defending/lack of concentration. Uth slotted home the 3rd for Schalke in the 85th minute to seal the points.Was late getting in, so ended up in the cramped away end stuck behind the Ultras section. Realise that groups like these generate atmosphere but don’t understand the point of doing a 5 hour round trip to wave or stand behind a flag!Also a good few dickheads in the section behind throwing beer about whenever a goal went in!Next up under the floodlights on Friday at home to Wolfsburg.
