Although Dalry had some good possession in the first half they lacked a bit of punch up front,darvel scored 1 and missed a few chances in the first half. 2nd half darvel completely dominated,scoring another 7 of which maybe 2 were offside. Dalry claimed offside every time darvel went up the park. Crazy way to defend imo,with no linesman. The game was well over after using all their subs,Dalry lost a man to injury and had a man sent off late on. Good 3 points for darvel, write them off at your peril. On a terrible day for football, their was not much between the sides in the first half, darvel being the more clinical in front of goal. Going in 2 up at half time and scoring early in the second half you would have thought darvel would go on to win the game comfortably,not to be as lugar were reduced to ten men they came into the game more and more and scored twice making it a slightly nervous finish for darvel. Another good 3points for darvel. Lugar have afew very exciting players from ayr proyouth,learning the junior game will do their development no harm at all,good footballing side willtake points off a few teams this season as has already been proved. Why have the fat guy in central midfield?. Why have the player that played with Darvel last year in central defence?. The coaches never play Lugars strongest side. Why?
