Zetterlund 2,115 Report post Posted June 18, 2015 It's not all bad. In LA, the school police department decided to give up their grenade launchers because they're "not essential life-saving equipment". Who'd have guessed.

The rest cooks itself. Anyhoo, back on topic.
Dr Koop 501 Report post Posted June 19, 2015 I bet he's never shagged a burd. Perhaps you've hit on motive there. The defence of sad, crazed loaner with Mr Logic hairstyle is likely.
williemillersmoustache 6,854 Report post Posted June 19, 2015 Of course this thread has to be invaded by the time-honoured p&b tradition of euphoric religion-bashing It's not euphoric, the fact that we still need to point out to people that it is nonsense in 2015 is really rather sad. Similarly, no matter how well Obama spoke yesterday and I think he did speak well, his rhetoric about gun control is pointless. It shouldn't really be necessary to have to make the argument that free and easy ownership of firearms is bad. In the the same way we shouldn't have to point out, continually that sky fairies and magic pixie dust aren't real.

Jacksgranda 6,618 Report post Posted June 20, 2015 so the NRA are effectively saying that the way to attain world peace is to arm everyone... Only in America. Well, it's worked with nuclear weapons (sort of), so maybe they have a point...

williemillersmoustache 6,854 Report post Posted June 20, 2015 (edited) If someone had shot him after he'd shot one person, would there be 9 victims? If they'd all drawn their hand-cannons and had a pop would there have been more than 9?Would the inevitable 'pastor accidentally blows face off altar boy' incidents bring the total killed in churches to great than 9? Aye, pipe down. Edited June 20, 2015 by williemillersmoustache

People with mental illnesses can't get access to health insurance and therefore healthcare, but they can get access to guns?! No fucking wonder this shit keeps happening.

Good job the congregation were all trained marksmen who could pick out a bad guy in a panicked crowd. Typical buckled gun nut logic.
