They don't want to be sued for millions by the burger muncher.

They still will be.

ETA - Better being sued by burger man than being sued by both burger man and the ex-cop.

"A Black teenager in Mississippi was taken off life support days after Gulfport police shot him in the head outside a discount store, and his relatives are questioning officers’ actions.

Jaheim McMillan, 15, was shot on Thursday. The Harrison county coroner, Brian Switzer, confirmed to the Sun Herald that the Gulfport high school freshman died on Saturday after he was taken off life support at USA University hospital in Mobile, Alabama. An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday, Switzer said."

In Colorado you need a license plate displaying your number on front and back. Unless it's a Tesla where they only need one at the back. Because? Who even knows.

False.

That's what I read.

Which suggests his superiors think the shooting in itself was justified.  Or they just want to avoid any possible comeback from the ex-officer and have chosen a bullet-proof reason.

Uh huh

Unlucky cunto.

Just coming on to post this.  The c**t should be in jail but this is the next best thing.  The next decade of his life will be having all the money he has tried to hide being taken away from him.

I only know what's in that BBC article, so there must be some more to it because that seems a ridiculous amount. Was he telling people to harass the families?

A simple Google will tell you all you need to know.

No, he just thought he could get away with repeatedly yelling "FIRE!" in a crowded theatre, and that he bore no responsibility for the people who were trampled to death in the ensuing crush, as he hadn't personally stamped on them.

Like if CNN or Fox News had announced to their audience that Alex Jones was a confirmed child rapist who drank babies' blood - they'd seen the evidence and it was true! - and decided to act shocked when the more unhinged members of their audience attacked him. Only imagine if CNN and Fox News' entire viewing demographic was unhinged heavily-armed loons.

Or a nice gentleman like BFTD can post a quick synposis.

Still sounds to me like the best part of a billion is a crazy amount.

The pursuers were a number of families and an FBI agent.

Nope. He profited billions off his bulls**t “news” site and stories. He’s a parasite that make the Royals look like  a couple of old dears on Welfare. He’s a lying, thieving, cheating scumbag of the worst type, and probably a Rangers fan.

Yeah, I'm guessing the award probably has a lot to do with the money he's raked in by being an utterly rapacious, amoral piece of human filth. Psychopaths like him are an absolute danger to society.

From what I understand, these awards never end up being fulfilled, for a variety of reasons. It still wouldn't surprise me if Jones' punishment remains minimal apart from being publicly shamed, and while he might greet about the terrible injustice he's suffered, he will feel absolutely no shame whatsoever.

But it wasn't his entire career on trial though, it was just the stuff related to this one shooting, right?

Correct, and he literally made billions off that one story. He was the first out the blocks with the “crisis actors” and “anti-gun false flag” stuff, just hoovering up funds as people paid for premium access, sent in support for his “legal expenses” on digging into the facts, selling ads due to huge viewer numbers, etc. He spent several years ranting and denying, encouraging his listeners to harass the “fake parents” and posting theories on who or what was in the coffins, if anything at all. The parents had to hire security personnel and endure years of being told their dead children we fake or never existed, all the time he never recanted until this trial.
