Cops shoot the gunman, others are shot but no one dies so just another night in Denver's hip and happening area. Turns out the guy had a gun so the cops shot him and 4 others near him. No one killed but still. Everyone shot was by a police. The judge has has to remind him a few times about not lying under oath, and it came out in evidence yesterday that his own lawyers had managed to mistakenly send an entire copy of his mobile phone to the Sandy Hook family's attorney.
