Yet another US shooting

Recommended Posts

How about playing it on big screen TVs, in an endless loop in every office, meeting room, break room and cupboard at NRA headquarters? With sound.  No option to turn it off. If any execs decide to “work from home”, they first have to agree to the big screen TVs being installed in every room in their house. Including those of their children.

Call it “Freedom Television”

My understanding papers in the early 1900’s would print pictures of the victims of lynching.

It was pretty brutal stuff

People bought postcards (of the lynched body/remains) and mailed them to friends and relatives to commemorate the lynchings.

They're selling postcards of the hanging. God Bless America.

As was the case with many lynchings of African-Americans during the early twentieth century, photos of the lynching were taken and sent as postcards. The photo features Elmer Jackson and Isaac McGhie, both shirtless, hanging from the street light with Elias Clayton’s body on the sidewalk,.  Members of the mob lean in to be part of the photo. Part of the photo is at the top of this post, but you may see the entire photo postcard here (warning: graphic image).

Well, they do already have their own TV station.

You’ll enjoy this little note, then:

https://www.vice.com/amp/en/article/pkp8p8/glock-switches-auto-sears

The Dallas area is being hit pretty hard with idiots buying or printing these auto sears, installing them on their Glocks, and then blasting away at “enemies”. The problem is the weapon is completely uncontrollable, firing the whole magazine in less than 2 seconds, and sprays lead everywhere.

That was a wee bit scary.

What possible need is there for him to have such an arsenal of fully automatic high capacity weapons. It's like he's left the army and thought I fancy holding onto all this gear.

Showing images of murdered children won't have an effect on the arseholes who worship their bullshit constitution and, more specifically, those who make loads of cash from the sale of guns.

To those subhumans, the price of murdered children is an acceptable one, and has been for decades.

I hate how Jay the Shooter said his job was to educate people so they could use these weapons safely and in the right way. Jay the fucking arsehole.

You’ll never convince them, but you might convince your average American who has been wilfully ignorant of the situation to think again.

The reality is these kids died a very violent death, the last memories they would have had would be absolute fear and dread.

No open coffins for them

The average American has far less sway than big corporations like the NRA.

That's it. Getting the average punter in USA to question the economic arrangements of their society is what's really needed. Liberal gun legislation is just rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic. US laws, their constitution, and all that shite cave easily under pressure from the capitalist elite. This video shows how their infamous "Second Amendment" was entirely revised in order to open up a new market (guns)...

No one can own more than 10 assault rifles and must promise not to use them in a mass shooting.

Certainly a step in the right direction.

Police called in Tulsa after a man carrying an AR15 rifle was seen walking in town. Turns out he hadn’t committed a crime under Oklahomas open carry laws.

He was arrested for having brass knuckles though.

Only thing that can stop a bad guy with brass knuckles...

Apparently the second amendment covers weapons that have military use, so guns etc are OK but knuckle dusters, swords etc aren’t.

I do wonder what would happen if (when) some survivalist, Waco/Ruby Ridge types get the money together to buy an armed drone. TB2s cost $1m which I’m sure some of them could rustle up. The missiles and control systems will cost a lot more.
