It has got to the point the only thing left to do is make jokes. Other countries that have incidents like this appearto at least try and deal with it, and take action so that the much used 'never again' is at least tried. The US seems to just shrug their shoulders and say what can we do, and only the US cannot elect politicians to provide the answers, as the system favours big business lobbying and inaction for the sake of profit.
