If Jamie, Brian and Jim Dick have their eye on some young players then going by the track record of this years crop they will be made most welcome and more importantly given their chance in the first team. John Rennie, Warren Grenfell, Stephen Tait, Lauchlan Tait, Martin Hannoway all young guys at the Forth starting every week and developing as players. We have at least 4 of the academy up training every week and they are all of a very good standard to which Airdrie have asked on availability. i believe a premier East club offered young Ginny a deal after one of our recent friendlies as well. Young Connor Shields who we let go to Albion Rovers was in the first team on Saturday v Airdrieonians (although on the bench) Its great to see these younger lads getting opportunities to progress Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
