Both full backs cost us poor goals today. Spade seemed to lose his man for the 1st and the 2nd the diagonal went over bapties head and HOB no7 had a free run in. Not sure if it ended up an own goal or not from the angle I was at.

Centre of defence looks decent, centre mid has options but we need a right back with pace, some width and a striker with pace

Until we have players who can get wide and to the bye-line, cannot see an improvement. We are making it easy for any defence, only having to face the channels at most. Unfair to criticise any striker getting this kind of service.Certainly no improvement with new manager, gone backwards if any.

Becoming the draw specialists so far especially at home, disappointing we can't hold out 2 weeks in a row,4 points dropped and Bo'ness game becomes a interesting game even at this early stage,as for Kelbie leave the guy alone ffs.

We'd all be kidding ourselves on sheep if we say we've never stood on the terracing speaking to each other saying a guy is having a stinker but I'd never shout it at him or stick shit on this about him, each to their own.

One season without a trophy and its all doom and gloom, crazy. Still have good players in that team, still unbeaten and still not happy...

Scuzz, we've had a horrendous summer. We've watched really good players leave the club. We've had the odd off field issue. We've dropped 6 points at home against teams you really need to be beating if you're to be genuine contenders. Of those 6 points dropped, we've hurled 4 away through really naive football although we were lucky to take anything from Tayport. We managed to strengthen Kelty and weaken ourselves through the sale of Calum Smith. We've got no width and we're really toiling to get in n behind teams. Obviously it's early days and McGlynn will have seen what we've seen. He can't be happy that we have so much possession of the ball but are just not testing the keeper enough. The bar at Linlithgow has been set in terms of ambition rather than expectation and the boys will need to work hard to stretch for that level. I'm not one for calling out individuals either but sometimes good players just don't settle at a club for one reason or another. And we've not got access to Strickland, Kibg, Roddy or Ruari just now. That's some 4 to be missing and today the young boy we signed from Aberdeen who has looked decent limped off at half time. Our new left back who's played less than a handful of games is away on holiday for 3 weeks. I'm not having a go at the lad - boys need to take their holidays but in terms of timing you could hardly make it up.

Apart from that we're doing ok ...

If you are waiting for width from McGlynns teams you will have a long wait .any of you that know him will know he doesn.t play with wingers he uses fullbacks to supply the width so you better get use to it ..he will not change ..He pulled Frannie in and told him too find a new club because he does not play with wingers .so there you go get use to it

Not sure that's how he did it last season with mussie. If that's how he wants to play he needs to get a couple of full backs into the squad with pace
