HibeeJibee
I think the areas assigned to Berwick are probably not that far from reality. Interest typically wanes somewhere between Eyemouth and Dunbar, Greenlaw and Earlston, and Coldstream and Kelso, IMO.

jagfox
Stay 2 miles from Parkhead although my local team is shettleston. I've never been to see them but plan to head along next season for a game or 2 Is it the rail standing initiative that's attracting you m8? thisGRAEME
Naw. Still to adopt my Dundonian team though. Dundee, obviously. Carluke, so Motherwell is my local team. Although where I originally lived in Dundee sees me a dee, and my last flat an Arab. f**k the dabs, but.
Nowhereman
Have lived in six different houses in my life all of which are within half a mile of Boghead. Unfortunately when I moved in to my current house which is only about a couple of hundred yards from Boghead the club decided to move. So they're actually moving away from me

SceneMeisterGeneral
Local as in where I grew up (Inverness) - yes. Local as in where I now live (Leith) - f**k no, are you mental? I did adopt Woking FC as my local team whilst living down south for a few years. Fond memories of Conference league glamour away days to Aldershot and the likes. Audaces Fortuna Juvat
What Belfast isn't within the old firms catchment area? I was born in Downpatrick N Ireland, moved to Gütersloh Germany before moving back to Scotland to Edinburgh and finishing up in angus when my dad joined the police. So no i don't support the team local to where I was born or live now. I follow dundee because my dad does. He's from menzieshill and used to go to every home game with my uncle before he joined the RAF. Once we moved to Edinburgh he started going back to the games and we moved up to angus when I was 4 and that's when he started taking me to the games. Truth be told I claimed to be a rangers fan when I was very young. Never had strips or anything but this was the early 90s and they were one of the few teams you seen on the tele because they were in Europe. Thankfully this fad didn't last long. Aged 6 I was taken to Dens for my first game and fell in love with the Dee the minute I got to the top of the Provie road steps. I'll never forget the excitement I felt climbing those steps then the pitch unfolding In front of my eyes. Was a dark winters afternoon so the flood lights were already on. 22 years on and I still get that same feeling in my stomach climbing up to the Derry! Just wish they would open the Provie road end again. Isn't this one of the most abiding reasons why anyone supports any side? My father tried to indoctrinate me into supporting Brantwood, (NI Junior side), while an evil Crusaders supporting brother-in-law did his best too. However, my mate's da took Bill and I to Windsor Park and the above applied from there on in. Add in the fact we had a player sent off at 1-0 down and eventually scraped a 3-2 win and this young brat was captivated.

TheLip69
I had this argument with my brother in law. The website we used gave the nearest club to your postcode. Fir Park was closer, by an eighth of a mile, than Parkhead.
