Paisley Ton
Saturday is big, get behind the team. As a side show the Morton lottery is nearly paying £12,000 for four numbers get a bit of that as well.
The Ghost of B A R P
On 27/02/2023 at 18:26, Scosha said: I think in 8 days time we’ll be in a better position to answer that. It’s deeply frustrating that we chucked 5 points away from winning positions against Arbroath and Inverness last month. We’d be 2 points off top with a game in hand, and a game against QP to play had we held on. In 8 days we'll be in a better position to assess our chances of winning it... but we don't need 8 days to know that the top end of the league will never be as weak and wide open again. Dundee leaving the door open again tonight is no surprise at all by now. Forget what's happened up to now; even starting from where we are, we'll never get a better chance.

AyrshireTon
Really sad to hear this. A legend at the club both as player and manager. Glad he got to see the stand being named after him recently. R.I.P.

Specky Ginger
Sad news. A great servant to your club and fitting that you named your Main Stand after him. His teams always played good football and produced a conveyor belt of young talent.
Rudolph Hucker
117 goals in 136 appearances for Morton. 58 goals in one season. Still the highest total in Scottish senior football in almost a century. A very good manager of Morton for over a decade and very well thought of by those he played alongside and those he managed. And, when you got the chance to speak with him, one of the nicest men in football. He'll be greatly missed at Cappielow and long remembered. Thanks for everything Allan Always great when a true legend has the opportunities to see and hear how he has positively impacted so many, and also great he got to see how much respect the club and fans have for him. Cheers, Morton, good work and a sad loss.

Chippyminton
Props to all the supporters of other teams who've taken the time to call by and pay their respects. Once in a blue moon, the game gets blessed with a figure whose massive contribution crosses all boundaries of town and shirt colour, and Allan fell into that most rarefied of categories. It's heartwarming to see such recognition from true fans of the game. Thanks for that. RIP Allan.
