Cowdenbeath FC 2015/16

Load of crap. What happens when townies come? Everyone to go to the stand at half time for a piss?

Minimum requirement of the lease is basic facilities required are operational.

Why - it's common to have an FRI lease even in commercial situations? Thus you could have tenants liable for full repairing and insuring costs. What if football fans caused damage do the owners have to pay for repairs or if stock car fans are the culprits? In actual fact it is a license that is used rather than a lease. Portaloos are often hired in as well for segregated matches. In fact this is just one aspect of a whole raft of arrangements and understandings.

It's just plain embarrassing the toilets are shut. Not sure why you defend the owners about this but sure you have your reasons.

If you hire a facility every 2nd Saturday, it's up to the owners to give you the facility in good working order each time, and if you damage the facility while you have hired it then surely you're responsibility is to rectify this?

I'm not defending the owners - didn't even know the toilets were shut - what games were they shut for? Nothing embarrassing about it - they have been shut before over the years and there are other toilets. We will have sufficient toilet provision for any match. Supporters Council meeting nobody said a dickey bird about it so doesn't seem to have been a big issue - first I hear of it is comments on a forum.

The toilets on the south terracing have basically been closed during the winter months with the water shut off as in winter they are susceptible to burst pipes given their exposed location. There are a number of alternative toilet facilities available at Central Park for fans. In addition, there is a cost saving in not needing to arrange for a cleaner to go out to those toilets during the period they are not utilised. They would have been available to be used for any match where the attendance/segregation arrangements required them.

Beautiful. Much better than the soul destorying Almondvale. No character, no atmopshere and yes for us Cowden fans lately it's been no fun!

Central Park is so famous New York named their biggest park after it.
