Seemingly Celtic have offered him a new contract so a development fee would be required if he is to sign on permanent deal anywhere else. He's an "athlete" and he lacks any real technical ability. What he does have his an incredible work rate and level of fitness. He acted like a box-to-box midfielder, in a very literal sense, but he's a better defensive player than he is offensive.
