Applause is a good response from the crowd. Our season has not been all that bad. With Rangers and Hearts in the league, staying down was a slightly more likely option than going back up from the beginning. The amount of points we got would have gotten us promoted last year, so despite our poor start we put up a good fight.

Alex Rae: "Both teams were excellent"

Fucking hell.

This stuff from the pundits about giving credit to Hibs fans for applauding at the end is utter shite. Anyone fan who applauds their team after a performance like that in the game of that magnitude is getting the failure of a club they deserve for having such low standards.

 just about every set piece or cross today and on Wednesday found a rangers head, he's good on the ball, I'll give you that but he's absolutely hopeless at putting balls in the box.

I said he had an eye for a pass. He laid on 3 or 4 good chances from open play.

Good to know you set your sights high. It's the Champs FFS! You lost to the worst 'Rangers' team in years and were miles behind a Hearts team just out of admin and whose average age at some games was circa 21. You struggled against Falkirk and QotS. Even Nade scored 'for fun' against you!

Do you really think you'll do better next season against Motherwell/Sevco, QotS,Falkirk and St Mirren? Not to mention a better Livi?

Compared to what may be expected from them they are, compared to the rest of us they are not.

You finished above them in the league. You should be beating them over two legs. You bottled it. Again.

I dread to think what would have happened of Kenny or ally were still in charge, wee Stuart has worked miracles in getting that team playing again.

We've not been able to break teams down all season and it was the same again today. Rangers sat behind the ball and we were clueless.

Tbf in the modern game it's extremely difficult to break down a team who parks the bus!

Well Rangers weren't anything special but they have done exactly what they needed to do. Fancy them to go up if they can take a lead in the first leg and repeat that against Well. Although would be great if Well could give them a pumping.

If they were still in charge Rangers wouldn't have won today because Rangers wouldn't have been playing!
