Who says that they won't? Not precisely sure in which fantasy island Cameron can set a "trap" for the SNP, given his party's complete and utter irrelevance north of the border - care to sketch that one out?

By voting on this it gives more weight to arguments for EVEL.

Good.

EVEL is a huge nail in the union coffin. English Tory MP's are effectivley deciding that the UK parliament should be theres alone. If they want English laws they should have an English parliament seperately to decide them. Westminster is the sovereign UK parliament and any MP should be able to vote on what they want. The recent Scotland Bill put paid to any sympathy I had about voting on English matters. Hope the SNP do it more often to get it right up them!

And it will end up that we can't vote on stuff that really does effect Scotland, instead of this daft wee change to something we already have in Scotland.

In what way would making Scottish MPs at Westminster second-class representatives be a bad thing for the SNP? You are aware of their party's political objective?

A Tory government throwing its toys out of the pram about fox-hunting, then deciding to press through EVEL in their seethe would be an unscriptable PR disaster for the Unionists. Some 'trap' for the SNP then.

The Tories have a majority. If they want EVEL, they will have it. Bugger all we can do about it.

The opportunity to decide things that really effect Scotland was lost last year. EVEL will hasten a second chance.

And in the meantime before we land in the promised land the NHS could get ripped apart and we couldn't even vote on it. The Tories don't give a fcuk about losing votes in Scotland, it's just an excuse for them to lol at Labour.

NHS Scotland is completely safe. After all its devolved and its a downright lie that any changes in England will have consequences

Gordon Brown said so.

Better Together shouted it from the rooftops.

right?

So the obvious answer to that threat is for the SNP to vote for a Tory fox-hunting bill, because then the Tories will be nice, cancel any plans they have about public services, and probably renounce their current Parliamentary majority too.

No, we don't vote on stuff that has no effect on Scotland. If we do it's propaganda for EVAL which would stop us voting on stuff that does effect Scotland.

EVEL is already official Tory policy, in a five year Parliament in which they have an overall majority. They don't need any "propaganda" whatsoever to pass it; your point therefore is invalid.

So what has fox hunting in England to do with Scotland?

It's a matter being discussed in the British Parliament. The SNP MPs were elected to the British Parliament. A very large portion of the British People are against any appeal of the Fox hunting ban so all the SNP are doing is representing the British People.

I know it's an alien concept to the Right but it is rather simple.
