He was excellent at breaking up the play and putting in the big tackles but both his passing and positional sense were awful. He should get another club at this level no problem at all but I don't think he's going to get better than where he's currently at in terms of performance. He hasn't really progressed since being a first team regular and as someone said, Bollan probably sees him as 'uncoachable'. Moving on may do him some good actually.
